Education and Awareness

Gosnold is raising awareness and educating our communities with forums, awareness seminars, professional educational events and information dissemination, all to help improve an understanding of substance abuse and emotional disorders.

School Based Programs

Gosnold clinicians are providing mental health and substance abuse counseling to students across Cape Cod. Often times stress and anxiety in children are played out in the classroom and in the school community. Our counselors meet with students and offer age appropriate guidance for dealing with substance related issues, stress and anxiety. Our Family Reaching Out Program works collaboratively with the counselors to offer support and education to families.

Integration with Medical Care

Gosnold clinicians support our medical partners by providing early intervention and assessment screenings during the medical appointment. This allows for early detection of substance abuse and guidance for managing anxiety, depression, and stress related issues. This collaboration improves access to speciality care and can aid in the prevention of potential substance dependence.

Gosnold is currently integrated with the following

practices for early intervention:

  •  Primary Care Offices

  •  OB/GYN Offices

  •  Community Health Centers

  •  Pediatrician’s Offices
