Primary Care Behavioral Health Clinicians

Exciting opportunities for LICSW’s or LMHC’s to join innovative projects integrating behavioral health with primary medical care. You will be a member of a patient care team that includes physicians, nurses, and care managers all contributing to the improvement of patient health.  Experience in mental health and addiction is necessary.

Addiction Counselors
 
Opportunities are available in our inpatient programs, family intervention and outreach. If you want to work with a team of exceptional and passionate professionals please apply.  Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree or a BA/BS with clinical experience and certification.

Director of Quality and Outcomes

The Director is responsible for quality of care initiatives and improvement in clinical measures and outcomes. He/she will lead performance improvement efforts and establish best practices to improve processes, systems, patient experience, clinical performance, and methods of work to achieve the highest level of productivity and service. Working within the EMR, the director will analyze and generate reports on quality measures and outcomes that will drive progress toward key performance indicators.

 

A minimum of Master’s Degree in health related field.  3-5 years of relevant experience and working familiarity with a full continuum of addiction and mental health care are required.

Intensive Outpatient Counselors

Location: Hyannis and Falmouth, MA

 

Part-time positions for experienced, energetic clinicians to facilitate evening groups for patients in early addiction recovery.  Intensive outpatient is a 4-5 hour service.  This is a great opportunity for qualified persons with a Master’s degree or certification as an addiction counselor who are interested in providing group treatment.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Hyannis, MA

 

Experienced NP to provide direct psychiatric services through patient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Must have current MA licensure, ANA certification in psychiatric nursing, DPH and DEA authorization to prescribe medications.

Full and part time counselors needed to provide behavioral health services at elementary, intermediate and high school locations.  Prior experience with substance abuse and child, adolescent and family counseling.  Licensure as LMHC, LICSW or Psychologist required.  Portuguese speaking counselors invited to apply.  Multiple school locations available on Cape Cod.

Gosnold is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated team-players.   The position requires an exceptional capacity to interact positively with patients in early stages of recovery, excellent communication skills, basic computer abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in a challenging and rewarding field. Knowledge and understanding of the 12 step philosophy is a plus.  Must have valid MA driver’s license.

Seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years of credit and collection experience, as well as, supervisory and business management experience. Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills. Proven written and oral communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. A degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting or Health Care Administration is preferred. A minimum of two years of healthcare business management experience or related work experience at a suitable level of responsibility is required.
