Each Gosnold outpatient clinic offers a variety of specialized group therapy sessions. Each group is facilitated by a Gosnold clinician who guides the group discussion.

Women’s Recovery Group

Description: For adult women with at least 30 days of sobriety. The group focuses on a variety of issues including self-esteem, boundaries, relationships, and communication issues related to promoting a lasting recovery

Description: The goal of the group is to enhance and reinforce newly learned coping skills to deal with common triggers and stressors experienced in early recovery.
Creative Recovery
Hours: Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Description: An early recovery group that uses artistic mediums and creative writing to explore and express the transition from active addiction to recovery.

Description: 8 Weekly Sessions beginning Tuesday, November 3rd through December 22nd. REST is a mindfulness-based counseling group for individuals ages 25 and older experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression.
